RED RICE 
4 oz. sausage (link), sliced
3 bacon strips
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 1/2 c. water
2 sticks celery
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
6 oz. can tomato paste
3 tbsp. Wesson oil
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. rice

Heat oil in large pot. Brown sausage and bacon. Add 1 1/2 cups water, vegetables and butter. Add tomato paste. Bring to boil. Add shrimp and rice. Stir with a fork to keep from sticking. Turn to low heat and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
