CORN ON THE COB - MICROWAVE | |
Husk ears of fresh corn; rinse with water. Place butter on each ear before wrapping individually with plastic wrap. Arrange on microwave carousel in a circle. Microwave on High (100%) 2 minutes per ear. If cooking 1 ear of corn, microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Let stand for about 5 minutes before unwrapping. No pot, not hot water, no steam! |

Place 2-3 ears on a place with a raised edge; add salt on cobs (cleaned of husk and silk). Add 1 TBSP of water to plate. Cover plate in plastic wrap. Poke a few tiny holes. Micro at 100% power for 2-3 minutes. DONE.
