SHISH KEBOB MARINADE 
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c. oil

Heat vinegar with spices, cool. Add onion, garlic and oil. Pour into bowl and add 2 pounds of lamb or beef cubes. Marinate at room temperature for several hours, turning occasionally to season evenly.
