TURKEY SOUFFLE SANDWICHES | |
8 slices bread, remove crusts 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 lb. sliced turkey 1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese 2 tsp. onion salt 3/4 tsp. thyme, crushed Preheat oven to 325 degrees. (300 degrees for glass pan) Make 4 sandwiches with turkey and cheese slices. Place in 9 inch square baking dish. Beat eggs until frothy; add milk, onion salt, thyme. Blend, pour over sandwiches. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until set and tops golden. |
