1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, finely chopped in blender
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine pudding with milk. Mix the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Add the pudding mixture and mix well. Spread a layer of crushed Oreos on the bottom of a 9x12 inch pan, using half of the crumbs. Pour the pudding mixture over the Oreos and spread remaining crumbs on top. Chill for 4 hours.
