HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. croutons
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. chopped onion or 2 tsp. instant onion flakes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix together all except cheese and chips which are put on top. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
