MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. melting cheese (Cheez Whiz)
1 egg, beaten

Melt butter in top of double boiler, add flour and milk. Boil until smooth, then add cheese and cook until creamy. Take from stove and add beaten egg. Combine with cooked macaroni. Put in buttered baking dish, cover with crumbs and bake about 1/2 hour in 400 degree oven.
