TEMPURA 
1 doz. shrimp
2/3 doz. mushrooms
2 green peppers
1 sweet potato
1 eggplant
8 pods okra
1 c. flour
1 c. (stirred egg + cold water)
Oil

1. Peel off the shell and devein the shrimp. 2. Wash all vegetables and slice sweet potato and eggplant. Cut each green pepper into 4 pieces. 3. Wipe shrimp and all vegetables dry with paper towel. 4. Mix stirred egg and cold water. 5. Put flour into Number 4 and stir. Don't stir too much, it is expected flour floats. 6. Heat oil at 170 to 180 degrees. 7. Fry vegetables at first and fry shrimp. 8. Fry them until they float.
