LEMON TEMPURA 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. water
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, cheese, broccoli, etc.)

In a bowl combine all ingredients. In an electric skillet or wok heat 1-2 inches of oil. Dip a few pieces of vegetables OR SHRIMP and place one at a time in oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes - take out and drain on paper towels. Enjoy!!
