RONNIE HONEY CHEESE TARTS 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. cream cheese (one 8 ounce pkg.)
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Any flavor jam, preserves or marmalade (Ronnie Honey Likes Apricot Preserves Best)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash hands. Cream butter. Add cheese and blend thoroughly. Combine flour, salt and add to first mixture and work in well using pastry blender. Round dough up into ball.

Wrap in waxed paper and chill for 2 hours. Roll it out about 1/2 inch thick on lightly floured pastry board cut into 3 inch squares.

Place a teaspoon of jam in center. Fold over, pinch edges together. Cut some of rolled dough in rounds, using 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place teaspoon jam in center of rounds.

Cover with another round and use prongs of fork to pinch edges. Bake both rounds and squares on baking sheet at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
