LEMON CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (without pudding)
1/2 c. butter
3 lg. eggs
16 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks, at room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg in large bowl with mixer until crumbly. Press in bottom of pan. Bake 8 minutes, remove from oven.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Mix in the 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until blended and smooth. Pour into hot crust. Bake 25 minutes longer until top edges are golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Cool completely in pan on rack. Cut into squares.
