STREUSEL TOPPED PUMPKIN PIES | |
To one 30 ounce can of Libby's pumpkin pie mix add 1 egg and 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Mix: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Sprinkle over pies and bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until it tests done. |
