SALMON PATTIES | |
1 can (1 lb.) salmon 4 eggs 4 c. fine fresh bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 med. onion, chopped and lightly cooked in 1/4 c. butter Put salmon (with liquid) into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties. Fry in hot butter until hot through and browned on both sides. Makes about 14-16 patties. |
