CRISPY DELIGHTS 
1/3 c. butter
3 c. miniature marshmallows
4 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. peanuts

Place butter and marshmallows in a 2 quart bowl. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. Stir until smooth.

Stir in cereal and nuts. Mix until cereal is covered with marshmallow mixture.

Pour into a greased baking dish or pan. Cool and cut into squares or bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
