CRUNCHY CREAMED CHICKEN 
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. coarsely cut cashews
2 c. cooked cut-up chicken
Parsley, optional

Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, milk, and seasoned salt; add nuts and chicken. Heat thoroughly. Add parsley just before serving.

Put a few cashew nuts in center of creamed chicken. Makes 6 servings.
