HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & Pepper

Saute the onion and onions until hamburger loses its red color. Sprinkle over mixture 1 tablespoon flour, stir in. Add 3 or 4 cups boiling water, stir. This will thicken slightly. Add cubed raw potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover, let cook until potatoes are cooked.
