TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
3 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes 30 minutes to 1 hour until done. Drain and let cool. Slice each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out meat of potato, making sure not to break skin. Place skins in baking dish, and potato meat in medium bowl. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper and mash all ingredients. Refill skins with potato mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
