BACON MEATLOAF | |
2 pounds ground beef 1/2 pack bacon (1/2 lb) 1/2 onion 1 plain rice cake 1 egg 1/3 cup ketchup oregano salt and pepper to taste 1/4 pack of unsalted crackers 3 cloves garlic Put bacon in food processor, chop fine, then add 1/2 of hamburger and other ingredients to food processor, blend together. Remove blended meat and mix by hand, the other 1/2 of meat in bowl. Grease loaf pan and add meatloaf. Sprinkle lightly with oregano and cook for 2 hours at 275°F; drain pan.
