PEACH CHEESE CAKE 
1 sm. (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. regular milk
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. peach juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare vanilla pudding. Mix next 7 ingredients with pudding and pour in large ungreased pie dish. Drain can of sliced peaches. Save juice. Place peaches on top of mixture.

To cream cheese, add 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice. Mix and spread over peaches. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
