CHOW MEIN CHICKEN #1 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chow mein noodles

Layer ingredients in casserole with cheese and noodles on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
