ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. spinach noodles
1 lb. ground meat
16 oz. tomato sauce
15 1/2 oz. Ragu
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions
1 tbsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook meat. Cook noodles. Combine beef and sauces. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, spices and cream cheese. Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan. Spread half the noodles, then cheese mixture, the noodles, then meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
