Cut 1 pound of meat (chicken, pork or beef) into skewer size pieces. 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 tbsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 1-5 days. Put meat on skewers and cook over hot coals. Serve on roll or Italian bread with either sour cream or yogurt. |
