 Mike Normile (Texas) says:
Born and raised in Binghamton, I made a 7-8 lb batch (pork butt) using enough sauce for a 5 lb recipe. This sauce is fantastic! I changed the amount of salt to equal the 1st 3 ingredients. The aroma (raw and while cooking on the grill) were only outdone by the incredible taste! Just the right amount of oil, salt and spice. This is my go to recipe from now on as I'm now living in the San Antonio area. I passed on the sour cream/yogurt completely. Where'd that come from anyway? Now if only I could make italian bread similar to Battagalini's of Endicott (because texas can't make italian bread to save their lives)!
