EIGHT MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 Keebler graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually, beat in sugar and vanilla. Blend in sour cream. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until set.
