MOM'S EASY BAKE CHEESE CAKE 
1 Keebler pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Place pie crust on cookie sheet and pour in filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Prepare topping and spread over cheese cake and bake 10 more minutes. Cool and chill 1-3 hours.
