BAKED VIDALIA ONION 
3 Vidalia onions
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill or celery seed
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
Crisp bacon, crumbled

Saute onions in butter until clear. Combine eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper and spice over low heat and blend well. Then add cooled onions. Pour in pie shell and top with bacon crumbs. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 300 degrees until crust is light brown. Serves 4.
