CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Thank You brand cherries

Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla. Beat at high speed for approximately 5 minutes. Place vanilla wafers in paper cups. Spoon mixture on top of wafers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until crack appears. Cool, put a cherry on each tart. Makes 36-40 tarts. (Blueberry or pineapple can also be used.)
