CORN - POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 onion
2 lg. potatoes
1/4-1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2-1 c. milk (depending on thickness desired)
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel and chop onion, potatoes and bell pepper. Dice bacon and fry; drain and reserve bacon. Fry potatoes, onion and pepper in bacon fat (or butter) until almost done. Drain. Add 2 tablespoons flour to this and cook with vegetables until absorbed.

Add 1 can corn, drained and the milk. Add spices and seasonings. Cook on stove top or in oven 25-30 minutes (350 degrees). Top with crumbled bacon.
