CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lb. chicken
1 lg. bag broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. almonds

Cook chicken and take off bones. Dice into chunks. Put chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cooked broccoli on top of chicken. Mix soup and mayonnaise; pour over top of broccoli. Stir just slightly, to mix soup mixture into broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over this mixture, then sprinkle almonds on top. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
