BARB'S CREAMY CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) block "Philly" cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 sm. container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Pet Ritz extra serving graham cracker crust
Fruit topping if desired

Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. May top with cherries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
