5 MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8") graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can fruit flavored pie filling (optional)

Mix first 4 ingredients in blender. Pour into bowl and add pudding. Put into crust and chill (filling is thick). Serve plain or top with cherry, strawberry or blueberry pie filling.
