CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. rice
1 can onion soup
1 can beef consomme soup
Butter
Chicken

Put rice in casserole dish, dot with butter on top of rice. Pour can of onion soup on top, lay chicken on top and then pour can of beef consomme soup on top of chicken. Add 1/2 can of water on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Cover casserole dish when baking.
