CHILI SAUCE 
30 tomatoes
12 green apples
10 onions
5 bell peppers
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
13 c. sugar
1 pt. white vinegar
1 tsp. cloves
3 tbsp. salt

Scald and peel tomatoes. Grind tomatoes, apples, onions and bell peppers. Mix everything else. Cook until thicken. Makes 14 pints.
