BACON SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Dash of pepper
5-6 bacon slices, cooked well
9 inch pie crust (deep dish)

Toss cheese with flour. Add rest of ingredients, crumbling bacon. Mix well, pour in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
