AUGRATIN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 med. onion, diced
1 stick butter, melted
Pepper

Hash brown should be partially thawed. Combine with remaining ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
