PUMPKIN NUT BREAD (NO EGGS) 
1 c. oil
4 c. sugar
1 lg. can (No. 2 1/2) or 1 qt. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped nuts
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins (opt.)

Mix oil and sugar in large bowl. Add pumpkin and mix well. Sift dry ingredients. Reserve 1 cup flour. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Add last cup flour and nuts and raisins. Put into greased bread pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
