3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin

Sift first 6 ingredients set aside. Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, to oil and sugar mixture. Beat well after each addition. Add pumpkin and mix well. Blend in dry ingredients Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Add one large bag of chocolate chips if desired.
