KEY LIME CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lime jello
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. Key lime juice

Mix first five ingredients; beat two to three minutes at medium speed. Pour into three eight-inch round, greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 350°F approximately 25 minutes.

To glaze, mix confectioners sugar and lime juice. While layers are still warm, drizzle glaze over layers.

Icing:

1 box confectioners sugar (minus amount used for glaze)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and cream cheese; blend in sugar and vanilla. Ice cake when cooled completely.
