SHORTCAKES 
4 c. flour
1/3 c. honey
5 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
1 1/2 c. non-fat milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cupcake pans with non-stick spray. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add remaining ingredient and stir until blended. Spoon into cupcake pan. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Split when cool and add strawberries on top.
