2 pkg. peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. peach juice
Peaches from lg. can, cut up
1 1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add peach juice. Spoon in ice cream. Add peaches; stir and refrigerate several hours. Use either in mold or glass dish.
