STRAWBERRY OR PEACH DESSERT 
3 sm. Jello, strawberry or peach
4 1/2 c. water ( 1 1/2 c. hot, 3 c. cold)
1 qt. berries or 1 lg. can peaches or fresh
1 angel food cake
1 pkg. strawberry or peach glaze
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello with 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 3 cups cold. Put enough Jello to cover the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice cake into small slices. Layer cake on the Jello in pan, then strawberries. Pour some Jello over this and layer more cake and strawberries. Then pour on rest of Jello and refrigerate until Jello is firm. Spread the glaze on top of Jello and spread Cool Whip on top. Keep refrigerated.
