LOW CALORIE BROWN BREAD | |
2 c. sour milk 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. molasses 1 tbsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 c. graham flour 2 c. white flour Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl; blend thoroughly. Combine dry ingredients. Add to milk mixture gradually, beating well. Turn into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until bread tests done. Yield: 1 loaf. |
