BLENDER HOLLANDAISE | |
1 stick butter (1/2 c.) 4 egg yolks 2-3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Heat butter until bubbly. Meanwhile, place egg yolks, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper in electric blender. Turn blender on and off quickly. Then turn to high speed and slowly add bubbly butter in a very thin but steady stream. Serve right away. Makes 1 cup. |
