BLENDER HOLLANDAISE 
1/4 lb. butter
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
1/4 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
Dash of BLAIR paprika

Melt butter in small saucepan. Place egg yolks in an electric blender; add lemon juice and salt. Blend on high speed and turn to low; add melted butter a little at a time. Add flavorings and paprika. Turn blender off when mixture gets thick and creamy. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container.
