QUICK BLENDER HOLLANDAISE | |
1/2 c. butter 4 egg yolks 1/4 tsp. salt 2 to 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice In small saucepan, heat butter until bubbly. In electric blender, blend remaining ingredients. Slowly add hot butter in thin stream. Serve immediately over cooked frozen peas. |
