BUTTERHORNS 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Cut butter into flour. Add egg yolk and sour cream. Shape into ball. Sprinkle with flour. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Divide in 4 equal parts. Roll dough 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with Filling. Cut dough in pie shapes. Start from large end and roll up. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost with almond flavored frosting.
