8 CALORIE CHOCOLATE KISSES 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
6 oz. chocolate chips

Beat egg whites in small bowl until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar. Fold in cocoa, one tablespoon at a time; then chips. Drop by level teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly before removing. Store dry.
