YAM TOWN ("MOT'S") 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes (yams)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/3 stick melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix yams, eggs, salt, coconut, sugar, cinnamon and milk; pour in pyrex dish. Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, flour and chopped nuts; crumble over the top of the potatoes mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
