HONO-LU-LUS (NO SUGAR) 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor, non-sugar type)
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. boiling water
Ice cubes
1/4 c. lowfat yogurt

Drain pineapple, save juice. Add water to juice to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine measured liquid to make 1 1/2 cups. Add Jello and stir until ice cubes are melted. Measure 3/4 cup of this Jello and blend in the 1/4 cup yogurt and save for topping. Add drained pineapple to Jello and spoon in dishes and let set until slightly firm. Spread topping over and refrigerate until used. 30 calories.
