HOT BRANDY SAUCE 
1 c. butter
1 lb. dark brown sugar
2 lemons, juice & grated rind
1/2 c. brandy (apricot is good)
2 whole eggs

Place all the ingredients in the upper part of a double boiler. Beat with a rotary egg beater about 10 minutes or until it thickens. Serve hot over apple pie, fruit cake or mincemeat pie.
