1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. ice water
6 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Double recipe for 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING FOR WACKY CAKE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 dash of salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together. Frost while cake is still warm. Cake will stay moist.
